The Cheese Ambassador presents the Mediterranean Cheese Course Collection. Steeped in centuries of cheese-making tradition, Spain, France & Italy offer some of the finest gourmet cheeses in the world. Whether known as queso, fromage or formaggio, these cheeses are the definition of delectable. The Cheese Ambassador has selected a trio of cheeses in a complementary array of textures and flavors, to excite the palate and delight your guests.

The Mediterranean Cheese Course Collection includes:

  • The Tipsy Goat from Spain (Goat milk) - This cheese hails from La Mancha, the literary home of Don Quixote, where it is made from goat milk and aged for over 40 days. It gets "Tipsy" from being bathed in local red wine. As a result, the rind is imparted with a deep violet hue that contrasts strikingly with the snow white interior. It is smooth and mildly tangy with an intoxicating bouquet.
  • Port Salut® from France (Cow milk) - Crafted as a consequence of religious persecution during the French Revolution. Trappist Monks were driven to exile in Switzerland where they learned a new trade – cheesemaking. They returned to France in 1815 where they continued to perfect their craft at the abbey of Notre Dame du Port-du-Salut. Now made in the Brittany region of France, this cheese has a divinely rich and buttery flavor.
  • Piave from Italy (Cow milk) - Evocative of Parmigiano-Reggiano, Piave has a distinctive and robust flavor with nuances of toasted nuts and caramel.
  • The cheese course guide not only offers tasting notes and serving tips but makes it easy to select food and wine pairings. Serving a gourmet cheese course has never been so effortless and elegant.

I got the best gift in the mail the other day, a box of cheese! I am a bit of cheese connoisseur, and I definitely do
not take any short cuts when it comes to my cheese eating. The cheeses were of the highest quality and the presentation

I've always had difficulty trying to figure out which cheeses to pair together. This product does it for you. The
cheese is terrific and they complement each other so nicely. I really love the quality and ease of this product! It
also makes a wonderful hostess gift!

I have always loved cheeses, but NOW I know how to pair them appropriately and entertain with STYLE. My foody friends
were so impressed with my knowledge about the cheeses. A great idea for the busy person that wants to entertain with
style but needs quick and simple ideas on how to make a perfect spread!

I am not familiar with cheese selection and I struggle when my wife asks me to "pick-up" something on the way
home for entertaining. With two young children always calling for attention, it is nice to already have a selection of
fine cheeses ready to serve for when friends and family visit. Not to mention when we visit friends, it is nice gift to
present to our hosts. Prior to discovering the Cheese Ambassador I never really gave cheese selection much thought, but
once introduced to the Mediterranean collection I now appreciate how a fine selection of cheeses can complement one
another.

I have been purchasing cheese collections from The Cheese Ambassador for a couple of years now and they are amazing.
They never fail to impress and I have used them for dinner parties as well as special occasions. The blue cheese is my
favorite (American Artisanal Collection)and I am not a huge fan of blue cheese normally! I also love Piave. I am not
necessarily a foodie, but people think I am because of The Cheese Ambassador.rnrnHeidi T. - Utah
