Williams Pear with White Wine Confit for Cheese

This confit for cheese is made in a small village in France by using traditional methods and recipes of Provence. The homemade style of production is reflected in their use of the freshest ingredients that slowly simmer in cauldrons. As a result, the confits reveal concentrated fruit taste and depth of flavor.

  • Offers a sweet counterpoint to the assertive and salty flavor of the Cave-Aged Blue featured in The Cheese Ambassador American Artisanal Collection
  • Add a little crushed red pepper to make a sweet and spicy glaze for shrimp and fish
  • Product of France
  • Net weight 4.41oz

This is absolutely delicious with the Cave-Aged Blue on the walnut crackers. I never thought of using confit. I was so
glad that I was introduced to it. It's a quick and easy appetizer to make when you are entertaining.
