This 3 year Old Cheddar is made in the Amish country of Central Pennsylvania by a community of Plain dairy farmers, including those of Amish, Brethren and Mennonite religions. The small farms are worked in the traditional manner with horse-drawn plows by all members of the family. The Cheddar is complex and assertive with layers of flavors and textures being at once creamy and crumbly. (Cow milk)
